Is your board ready to improve organizational outcomes and board and staff performance? Join us in an introductory session about CCC Board Scorecard™, a comprehensive and highly effective methodology. Its purposes:
➢ Assist nonprofit boards willing to adopt and implement nonprofit best practices;
➢ Provide detailed recommendations with respect to upgrading organizational bylaws, policies, operations, communications, etc. and their implementation;
➢ Increase community awareness and respect for your organization and its work; and,
➢ Enable improved organizational performance and programmatic outcomes.
When a board commits to systemic, focused, and positive change, it positions the organization (and its funding efforts) for maximum success. This scorecard is especially useful where:
➢ Your board seeks improved performance and outcomes, yet is unsure as to how to best proceed;
➢ A new CEO / executive director has been hired or is about to be hired;
➢ Your board of directors is evaluating and/or planning new programs and strategies;
➢ The nonprofit is considering major organizational changes or exploring new financial or fundraising options; or,
➢ Two or more community organizations are investigating ways to work together to create more effective overall outcomes.
