Katy Brown
Tax Senior Manager, Armanino LLP

On December 22, 2017, President Donald Trump signed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act into law, which is the first major update to US tax legislation since the 1986 Tax Reform Act. Most of its provisions go into effect for tax years beginning in 2018, so while many of the long-term effects are unknown at this point, this program will review the major changes to the law affecting nonprofit organizations. We will also discuss some of the expected consequences and strategies that can be used to put your organization in the best possible position to successfully weather the changes.
