Admission

Location

Description

Speakers:

Elliot Levin — Founder and President, Partnership Resources Group

Melissa Irish — Managing Associate, Partnership Resources Group

Our speakers will present findings and conclusions from a recent PRG survey of high-level donors from across the Bay Area. These donors were polled following their major gifts and, in some cases, having served in leadership positions on capital, endowment and debt retirement campaigns.

The surprising results–direct from those who have made big bets on causes they care about–illuminate how donors feel about their gift decisions and how effective (or not) the stewardship of their giving and leadership was. The conclusions from this self-commissioned study will provide a peek into what repeat donors are thinking, especially relevant now as there are creeping signs of an economic slowdown. The session will give a general overview of the survey design, facilitated conversation on donor fatigue, effective stewardship, and what it all means for development professionals on the front lines.
